1. Using In Your Zone
In Your Zone provides a local marketplace platform that allows users to create For Sale listings, create Wanted posts, save favorites, communicate with other users, and use other marketplace features.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, Wanted posts, messages, profile information and other content you submit.
2. Transactions Are Between Users
In Your Zone is not the buyer, seller, payment processor, delivery company or escrow agent in transactions between users.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for deciding whether to complete a transaction and for handling payment, pickup, delivery, shipping, taxes and other transaction details.
In Your Zone does not take possession of items listed by users and does not guarantee the condition, authenticity, legality, quality or availability of items offered by users.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your In Your Zone account and password.
Account information must be reasonably accurate and must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
4. Listings and Wanted Posts
Users may create For Sale listings and Wanted posts for legitimate marketplace purposes.
Listings and Wanted posts must accurately describe the item or type of item being offered or requested.
In Your Zone may establish limits on the number, duration, category or type of listings and may expire, archive or remove content in accordance with marketplace policies.
5. Prohibited Items and Activity
You may not use In Your Zone to commit fraud, harass or threaten others, impersonate another person, distribute malicious content, engage in unlawful activity, or offer items or services that are illegal to buy, sell, possess or transfer in the applicable location.
Users are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable federal, state and local laws relating to items they list, request, purchase or sell.
In Your Zone may remove content or restrict accounts when content or activity creates legal, safety, fraud, abuse or marketplace-integrity concerns.
6. No Advertising or Promotion of Other Marketplaces or Businesses
In Your Zone is intended for listings and transactions that originate through the In Your Zone marketplace.
Users may not create listings, Wanted posts, profiles, messages or other content whose primary purpose is to advertise, promote or redirect users to another marketplace, selling platform or auction site, including services such as eBay, Whatnot or similar marketplaces.
Users also may not use In Your Zone primarily to advertise or promote a business that sells products outside of In Your Zone.
Listings may not be used primarily to direct buyers to an outside website, store, marketplace page, social-media sales page or other off-site business selling products.
Content that violates this policy may be removed without notice. Accounts that repeatedly violate this rule, deliberately attempt to redirect In Your Zone users to outside selling platforms, or otherwise use the marketplace primarily for unauthorized advertising may be suspended or permanently banned.
7. Messages and Communication
In Your Zone provides messaging features so users can communicate about For Sale listings and Wanted posts.
Users may not use messaging to send spam, scams, threats, harassment, malicious links or other abusive or unlawful communications.
Users should use caution before sharing telephone numbers, addresses, financial information or other personal information with another user.
8. Ratings
In Your Zone may allow eligible buyers and sellers to rate one another following marketplace transactions.
Ratings should reflect genuine marketplace experiences and may not be manipulated, purchased, exchanged for compensation or used for harassment.
In Your Zone may remove ratings or related content that appears fraudulent, abusive or unrelated to a legitimate marketplace interaction.
9. Reports, Blocking and Marketplace Safety
Users may have access to tools for reporting users or content and blocking other users.
In Your Zone may review reports and marketplace activity when investigating suspected violations, fraud, harassment, spam, safety concerns or other misuse.
Submitting false or malicious reports may itself result in account restrictions.
10. Meeting Other Users
You are responsible for evaluating the people and items involved in a transaction.
When possible, meet in a safe, public and well-lit location. Inspect items before completing a transaction and use appropriate caution before paying or providing personal information.

11. Notifications
In Your Zone may provide transactional notifications related to your account, including push notifications or email notifications concerning marketplace messages and account activity.
Push notification permissions can be managed through your device settings. Available email notification preferences can be managed through Account Settings.
12. User Content
You retain responsibility for content you submit to In Your Zone, including photographs, listing descriptions, Wanted posts and messages.
By submitting content intended for public display, you authorize In Your Zone to store, process and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the marketplace.
You may not upload content that you do not have the legal right to use.
13. Account and Content Moderation
In Your Zone may remove or restrict listings, Wanted posts, messages or other content and may warn, suspend, restrict or permanently ban accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate reports, prevent abuse or comply with applicable law.
Not every report or moderation action will result in removal or suspension. Marketplace decisions may depend on the available information and circumstances.
14. Account Deletion
Users of the In Your Zone mobile app can initiate permanent account deletion by opening:
My Zone → Account Settings → Delete My Account
Account deletion permanently removes the In Your Zone account and associated account data from the active marketplace, including the user's listings and Wanted posts.
Account deletion cannot be undone.
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of legal rights, compliance with law or other legitimate legal obligations.
15. Privacy
Use of In Your Zone is also subject to the Privacy Policy .
The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and handled in connection with the marketplace.
16. Availability and Changes
In Your Zone may change, update, suspend or discontinue features of the website or mobile app.
We do not guarantee that the marketplace will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
17. Third-Party Services
Some In Your Zone functions may depend on third-party technology or service providers, such as website hosting, email delivery, Apple push notification services or other infrastructure needed to operate the marketplace.
In Your Zone is not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.
18. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, In Your Zone and Milezone Studios are not responsible for losses, damages, disputes or injuries arising from transactions, meetings or interactions between users.
Users assume responsibility for evaluating transactions and deciding whether, when and how to meet or transact with another user.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.
19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the marketplace, mobile app, applicable laws or business practices change.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
